We aimed to validate the problem-solution fit hypothesis of our microlearning edtech mentorship startup. Our challenge was to determine if our solution effectively addressed the needs of inexperienced entrepreneurs seeking business and marketing education and expert assistance.

Approach
Through thorough research and analysis, we explored the target market, their pain points, and the challenges they faced. Our approach included business design, customer discovery, user research, market research, and prototyping. We aimed to gain valuable insights to fine-tune our solution and ensure its success.
Solution
We developed a one-on-one flash mentorship service tailored to inexperienced entrepreneurs. By conducting expert and customer interviews, we gained a deep understanding of their needs. We created targeted online campaigns and organized mini-events where entrepreneurs could have fast-paced sessions with experts.
